Additional Fees:

Same Day appointments:

• Are considered urgent and/or emergencies

• Will be assessed $35 additional fee

• Must be paid via electronic payment (CashApp, Venmo, Thryv Pay, PayPal) before booking appointment

Travel:

• $35 within 10 miles of office

• 10 additional dollar for every 10 miles after

Cancellations:

• If not given 24 hours notice are extremely inconvenient

• Are accessed a $35 fee to be paid immediately

• If fee is not paid, you must pay it before we can rebook.
